WHAT WE HAVE IN SÃO ROQUE DO PICO
The town is small but it has everything one might need. Supermarket, groceries, pastries, banks, ATM's, pharmacies, fire departments, health centers, restaurants, snack-bars, gardens, kindergartens, libraries, night clubs and cafés. There are also places with free Internet access for anyone.
We advise renting a vehicle at least for a few days of vacation, considering how big the Island is, there are locations which are inaccessible through public transportation and these public transports have a limited number of daily patrols. The reservation should be made ahead in time because in Summer it's hard finding available vehicles. We can arrange through email the prices of the rent-a-car and make reservations, with no need to pay extra for the call.
